I was on my favorite podcast last night for this morning's episode. That's right, Dan Levy and Nick Tarnoswki of the On the DL podcast were nice enough to have me on their show to talk a little playoff basketball.
These guys have had titans of the industry on with interviews including Tony Kornheiser, Chuck Norris (That's right; F**king Chuck Norris!), Michael Wilbon, J.E. Skeets, Jeremy Schapp, A.J. Daulerio, David Aldridge, and many, many more. So why in the hell would they want me on there? Well, I pester Dan quite a bit on Twitter and he finally gave in.
But in all seriousness, this was another fantastic episode by these guys. They really are the best podcast on the internet. The 404 is the funniest. The Basketball Jones is the best basketball podcast. And On the DL is the best podcast. They've been soaring up the charts over the past few months and deservedly so.
In this episode, they discuss Brett Favre (trust me, it's good Brett Favre talk and it's hilarious hearing Nick get so pissed at Favre), Colin Cowherd, the passing of Dom DeLuise, how ridiculous it is that Nick hasn't seen Cannonball Run, hoops with me, and Matt Sebek from Joe Sports Fan discusses American Idol with Dan.
For me, it was the internet equivalent of me getting on an episode of Saved By the Bell or The Shield. THAT'S how much I love this podcast.
