Talk Hoops Latest Posts

No big announcement needed, everybody. After a summer-ish hiatus, the site is back. Things will be up and running like normal in no time with a slightly different direction.

But that's not why this post has been created. This post has been created because of a picture that has been consuming the majority of my thoughts over the last day or so. Quentin Richardson tweeted a photo from a Orlando Magic Guys Night Out but not the kind in which they get fans to buy 4 tickets to go with 4 hot dogs, 4 beers and 4 new individual stories of why 4 guys didn't go home with a lady friend that night. Here's the photo in all its glory:

Vince Carter, Jameer Nelson, Chris Duhon and Quentin Richardson went bowling. Not only did they go bowling like the fellas tend to do when they each make millions of dollars but they have matching bowling shirts.

That's not something that just happens. Well, maybe it is. But I feel like it isn't.

And it leaves me with so many questions:

- How much does Jameer Nelson have to carry this team?
- Does Chris Duhon lead the bowling league in gutter balls?
- Can Duhon keep his rolls in the designated lane?
- Does Q get distracted on Lucky Strike's famous Moesha night?
- Did they have to petition to get Vince Carter on the team if it's not a coed league?

Regardless, I've been mesmerized by this photo for days and am very curious as to the outcome of this night. Just a bunch of teammate bros with shiny green cat eyes and a whole lot of Dance Dance Revolution to follow.

They're officially my second favorite bowling team.
