David Stern speaks on Tim Donaghy Scandal
It’s been about 4 days since news broke that an NBA referee had bet on games that he officiated.  He had allegedly offered information to aid people in betting on the games and he had placed bets on games that he did and did not officiate in the last 2 seasons.  The NBA and sportsmedia have taken any information regarding this story and made wild accusations and assumptions. Fans have decided that the games were ones where their team was screwed over and illegally and unjustly cost a victory.

Talkhoops.net editor, Zach Harper, has been waiting for David Stern's side of the story and now that the Commissioner has spoken, so does Zach.

Is David Stern the Anti-Christ?
stern OR devil
The newest Talkhoops.net writer, Phillip Barnett, seems to think so. At a time when the league was introducing its greatest class of new players, it also let in the man that would ultimately be its demise (No, not Terrance Stansbury). David Stern has been a genius in marketing his league, but has come up short in a big way.
Phillip Barnett sheds some light on the subject.
